About Phoenix Global

Global perspective. Senior judgment. Practical execution.

Phoenix Global is a global strategic advisory firm working with businesses, governments and investors on growth, market expansion, economic opportunity and complex sector challenges.

We work at the point where strategy meets the realities of a market.

Phoenix Global was built around a simple premise: the best strategy is only useful if it can survive contact with the real world. Markets are shaped by regulation, culture, capital, infrastructure, relationships, technology and timing. We help clients see those variables together and act on them.

Our work spans the public and private sectors. It is most relevant when a client is entering a new geography, rebuilding a business model, identifying new revenue, developing a major initiative or working across multiple stakeholder groups. We are intentionally cross sector. The common thread is our ability to diagnose complicated systems, identify where value can be created and build a strategy that can actually move.

The firm operates from the United States and Abu Dhabi, with engagements across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
